The State Lead, Insight role at The/Nudge Institute focuses on implementing and scaling an entrepreneurship model in Tamil Nadu to address uncorrected presbyopia. The role involves managing a team, ensuring operational excellence, and achieving state-level targets for entrepreneur onboarding, screenings, and glasses distribution. The State Lead will also be responsible for stakeholder engagement and program expansion. This is a 12-month contractual position.
