The Strategic Business Planning Manager will develop and implement strategies to maximize blood drive programs, manage sponsor partnerships, and achieve collection goals. This role involves identifying and implementing creative strategies to attract and retain sponsors, providing support to sponsors, and analyzing data to improve performance. The position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team setting.
