Description

The WHO European Centre for Preparedness for Humanitarian and Health Emergencies (PHHE) is seeking an Online UN Volunteer to conduct a structured horizon scanning of digital tools and platforms used in public health emergencies. The role involves performing desk research on 25–40 tools, maintaining an inventory database, and conducting remote stakeholder consultations to identify trends and gaps. The successful candidate will synthesize these findings into an analytical report and presentation to support evidence-based emergency preparedness. This assignment is fully remote and focuses on strengthening operational readiness through data-driven research.
