This role supports the Agentic AI System pilot within the UNDSS Insight & Accountability Unit. The focus is on researching and documenting AI-assisted workflows, creating technical documentation, and supporting testing activities. The initiative aligns with UN 2.0 and the UNDSS Digital Transformation Strategy.
LLMs / applied AI concepts (prompting, RAG, evaluation, limitations, safety basics), React.js and/or Next.js, Node.js and integrating APIs (REST/JSON; basic auth patterns), Clear technical documentation and structured reports, Written and spoken English, Agentic frameworks or patterns (e.g., tool calling, orchestration, workflows), Documentation practices (e.g., architecture diagrams, ADRs, wikis, SOPs), Git-based collaboration (GitHub/GitLab), issue tracking, and Agile-style delivery, Microsoft ecosystem tools (e.g., Teams/SharePoint/Power BI/Power Automate), Data protection, responsible AI, and secure development practices
