The Gender, Youth and Social Inclusion (GYSI) Lead at One Acre Fund in Tanzania will be responsible for integrating gender-responsive, youth-inclusive, and socially inclusive approaches into the program. The role involves developing and implementing strategies, conducting assessments, providing technical support, and building capacity to ensure the inclusion of women, youth, and marginalized groups. The lead will work on program design, implementation, and communication strategies to maximize impact.
