The International Trade Centre (ITC) is seeking a Technical Advisor (Policy) to support the implementation of Outcome 2 activities of the SwissTrade+ Programme in Hanoi, Viet Nam. The advisor will provide technical advice, policy support, and capacity building while coordinating with stakeholders and monitoring project progress. The role requires experience in trade policy, project management, and a strong understanding of international trade frameworks.
