The International Trade Centre (ITC) is seeking a Technical Design Consultant to design an inclusive, user-centered platform in Turkana County, Kenya. The consultant will assess existing digital platforms, facilitate design sprints, develop user manuals, conduct training sessions, and provide ongoing support to platform administrators. This role aims to enhance the employability and competitiveness of social MSMEs in refugee settings and host communities.
