The Technical Officer will support the Ministry of Health in Djibouti to finalize and launch the National Tobacco Control Strategy. This includes reviewing and refining the strategy, engaging stakeholders, preparing launch materials, and facilitating the launch event. The officer will also support the revision of the multi-sectoral committee and prepare documents for protocol ratification. The role requires experience in tobacco control policy and excellent communication skills.
