The Transformation Director will lead Instiglio's organization-wide transformation agenda, strengthening systems and capabilities for global impact. This role requires a leader skilled in strategy, systems-building, technology, and execution, working closely with the COO, CEO, and CIO. Responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives, AI integration, impact management, partnerships development, and internal operating model evolution.
