The Tupande MEL Manager will lead all Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) functions within Tupande. This includes overseeing MEL projects, ensuring they meet stakeholder needs, and contributing to thought leadership on data quality. Responsibilities include developing evaluation plans, managing data collection, and reporting on impact, as well as team leadership, budgeting, and stakeholder support.
