The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for improving user retention in the Mobile Care Companion (MCC) app by designing intuitive and engaging experiences, especially for low-literacy users. This role involves designing end-to-end user journeys, high-quality triage experiences, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to create user-friendly interactive workflows. The designer will also conduct usability testing, iterate on designs based on feedback, and potentially utilize AI tools for prototyping and analysis.
