The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for designing end-to-end user journeys for the Mobile Care Companion (MCC) program, focusing on improving user retention and engagement, especially for low-literacy users. This includes designing triage experiences for inbound user queries and collaborating with various teams to create intuitive and user-friendly interactive workflows. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in UX design and a passion for user-centered design in the health or social impact sector.
