The Unexploded Ordnance International Expert will develop and implement UXO capacity development plans, supporting documentation, and risk assessments for IOM staff and contractors in Ukraine. They will also create community engagement mechanisms, develop ESHS reports, and manage contractors. The role involves liaising with governmental authorities and NGOs, ensuring compliance with international standards, and delivering explosive ordnance risk education.
