The UNV Specialist Coordinator will support the creation, development, implementation, and monitoring of training strategies for Face to Face and Telemarketing channels. The role involves ensuring effective communication about UNICEF's work, strengthening team techniques, improving leadership skills, and contributing to the recognition and reward strategy. The position requires a technical/vocational diploma and experience in team training, preferably in fundraising or sales environments.
