The UNV Specialist will provide technical and administrative support for the acquisition of goods, services, and minor works related to infrastructure projects within the WASH program. The role involves assisting with bidding documents, reviewing technical specifications, market analysis, and managing purchase orders. The specialist will contribute to strengthening the procurement function within UNICEF by promoting efficient and transparent processes.
