The Vice President of Regulatory Affairs is a senior leadership role responsible for shaping and executing NHA’s regulatory strategy. This individual will work closely with NHA member organizations to develop policy positions. The position requires a strong understanding of energy issues, leadership skills, and the ability to travel.

NHA policy currently pays 100% of the premium for employee’s health and dental insurance and about 66% of the premium for qualifying dependents. We provide a 1x annual salary life insurance policy, long and short term disability (premiums fully paid by NHA). We provide a retirement 401(k) (NHA contributes 6% of your salary at the end of your first six months, whether you participate or not). Paid holidays and vacation: NHA is closed on all federal holidays (except for Veteran’s Day, we are closed the day after Thanksgiving instead) NHA is closed the week between Christmas and New Year’s Day (paid time off) NHA offers three weeks of vacation NHA also offers 2 weeks of sick leave Tuition/Education Assistance ($1000 per semester). Each employee is provided with a cell phone or given an allowance of $55 toward the cost of their personal phone for work purposes. We offer membership to the Government Printing Office Credit Union.
