The Visitor Engagement Associate will provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for visitors at the Obama Presidential Center. Responsibilities include facilitating museum exhibit experiences, answering visitor questions, and ensuring a positive experience. The role involves working with onsite security, and requires a strong customer service focus. This is a full-time, in-person position.
