The Volunteer Manager at Lutheran Settlement House is responsible for the volunteer program's daily operation, growth, and vision. This position involves recruiting, vetting, onboarding, and supporting volunteers. They collaborate with staff, manage the volunteer database, and oversee in-kind donations.
