WFP is seeking online volunteers to deliver tailored English training to its Egypt teams. Volunteers will conduct assessments, design customized courses, and facilitate weekly virtual sessions focusing on practical English skills. The goal is to improve participants' communication skills by at least 30%. Volunteers will work with beginner, intermediate, and upper-intermediate level learners.
Fluency in English (native or near-native level), Excellent spoken and written communication skills, Experience teaching/coaching English as a second language (3+ years), TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification (desirable), Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Familiarity with virtual learning tools, Learner-centered and culturally sensitive approach, Knowledge of Arabic (a plus)
