The WASH Specialist (UNV) will provide technical support to UNICEF’s regional efforts in Latin America and the Caribbean, focusing on emergency preparedness, climate-resilient programming, and WASH systems governance. The role involves supporting country offices in program design, facilitating regional coordination working groups, and driving capacity building and knowledge management initiatives. This position is based in Panama and aims to improve water, sanitation, and hygiene outcomes for disadvantaged children across the region.
