The Consultant will lead a multi-sectoral foresight exercise to develop integrated water and socio-economic scenarios for Turkmenistan through 2050. Working under the UN Resident Coordinator's Office, the role involves coordinating with various UN agencies and IFIs to map climate-related risks, water availability, and their impacts on food security, labor markets, and social protection. The incumbent will produce strategic policy frameworks, conduct stakeholder trainings, and develop actionable, scenario-based policy recommendations to inform the UNSDCF 2026–2030.
