Black Women Thriving East of the River seeks a Workforce Development Program Associate to support program management and policy efforts. The associate will provide administrative, logistical, and technical support to the Workforce Development Program Manager and the Advocacy Director. The role requires strong organizational skills and a commitment to the organization's mission.
