YLabs is seeking a Youth Leadership Fellow to support the Peace project in Tanzania, focusing on preventing peer sexual abuse among children and adolescents. The fellow will act as a key advocate for youth perspectives, assisting in community research, co-design workshops, and prototype testing while receiving mentorship and training in human-centered design. This 10-month, full-time consultancy role is designed for young leaders aged 18-25 to gain professional experience in research and social impact.
