The Admissions Operations Manager will lead the end-to-end learner recruitment journey, managing the application process from initial inquiry to enrollment in skills bootcamps. The role involves driving conversion rates, implementing operational improvements, and providing pastoral support to applicants from diverse backgrounds. You will collaborate with internal teams to meet recruitment targets while ensuring a supportive and engaging experience for prospective learners.
