The NextGen Youth Outreach Manager will lead outreach partnership activities to engage young people across England, focusing on creating sustainable referral pathways into Generation programmes. This 12-month fixed-term role involves building cross-regional partnerships with youth-serving organisations and local authorities to increase programme applications. The position requires a strategic mindset and significant travel to meet partners across London, Manchester, Birmingham, and Leeds.
