The UNDP Colombia seeks online volunteers to annotate and classify digital publications to identify hate speech, toxic communication, and gender-based violence in digital media and social networks in the context of the 2026 elections. Volunteers will review publications collected using the eMonitor+ tool, applying project methodology to classify observed phenomena. Training on the tool and annotation guidelines will be provided. The project aims to generate evidence for decision-making, prevent violence, and support institutional articulation and advocacy for human rights and political participation.
