The position involves supporting the HR functions within UNICEF Paraguay and Argentina, as well as managing the volunteer program across four South Cone countries. Responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training, and reporting, with a focus on ensuring timely and efficient HR services. The role requires a bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience in human resources or administrative processes.
