The Area Operations Officer serves as the operational backbone for 5–8 production sites, ensuring they run safely, efficiently, and to high standards. The role involves conducting site audits, managing financial oversight including cost-per-meal analysis, and driving procurement processes. You will act as a key bridge between the service center and kitchen staff, providing training and ensuring operational excellence. This is a highly mobile, field-based position requiring strong data analysis, stakeholder management, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
