The Building Engineer will oversee and perform maintenance and repair for American Red Cross facilities, ensuring all building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and mechanical equipment, are compliant with safety and regulatory standards. The role involves managing work-order systems, conducting preventive maintenance, and serving as a subject matter expert for facility operations. The ideal candidate will support organizational safety policies while coordinating with vendors and providing leadership guidance to volunteers.
