The Building Engineer will oversee and conduct maintenance and repair operations for American Red Cross facilities, ensuring compliance with FDA and other regulatory standards. The role involves managing building systems, conducting preventive and corrective maintenance on HVAC and mechanical equipment, and ensuring facility safety. The engineer will provide technical expertise and support for building design, electrical systems, and facility maintenance work-order systems. This position requires travel and the ability to work independently in a highly regulated environment.
