The Senior Regional Philanthropy Officer is responsible for identifying, cultivating, and stewarding major gift donors to support the American Red Cross's humanitarian mission. This role involves managing a portfolio of donors to meet significant annual revenue goals and providing mentorship to less experienced team members. The incumbent will develop fundraising strategies, prepare compelling proposals, and collaborate with internal teams to drive donor engagement and retention.
