Description

The Community Disaster Program Manager supervises the implementation of disaster services programs and leads staff and volunteers in an assigned geographic area. This role focuses on preparedness, response, and recovery management while building strong community and government partnerships. The position requires coordinating relief operations, managing internal matrix relationships, and deploying to disaster sites as needed.
