The TDE Casework Service Associate is responsible for delivering essential client services within the Expanded Recovery Assistance program for Hurricane Helene recovery. This role involves interviewing clients to assess needs, coordinating with partner agencies, maintaining accurate case documentation, and advocating for resources to support vulnerable households. The position requires frequent travel within designated Tennessee counties to provide hands-on disaster recovery support.
