The Community Disaster Program Manager will supervise disaster services program implementation, lead and supervise staff and volunteers in local preparedness, response, and recovery. This role focuses on community engagement, volunteer management, and government partnerships within a designated geographic area. The position requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of related experience. The candidate must reside within 45 minutes from Houston TX.
