Hala is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Manager to cover a maternity leave for 12 months. This role will report to the Director of People Operations and will manage compensation and benefits for US-based, Portugal-based, and global employees and contractors. The responsibilities include payroll preparation, benefits management, and reporting on compensation and benefits programs. The position is located in Lisbon, Portugal.
