The Staff Services Subject Matter Expert will provide guidance, training, and support to the Staff Services Team at the HR Service Center in Costa Rica. This role focuses on ensuring compliance, automating processes, and maintaining efficient operations. The SME will collaborate with HQ team members and is responsible for managing reports and resolving customer inquiries.
