The District Lead, Operations will work with The/Nudge Institute and the Government of Jharkhand to implement the Phulo Jhano Ashirwad Abhiyan, focusing on providing alternative livelihoods for rural women. The role involves overseeing project implementation across 3-4 blocks, ensuring activities align with standard procedures, and coordinating with district and block-level units. Key responsibilities include stakeholder management, capacity building, field data collection, and monitoring project progress at the grassroots level.
