The Energy Senior Specialist will lead the identification, preparation, and supervision of energy projects focused on institutional, policy, and regulatory reforms. The role involves advising governments and utilities on electricity sector development, specifically targeting decarbonization, digitalization, and private sector participation. The incumbent will also author strategic knowledge products and coordinate with internal divisions to drive sustainable energy market development in Latin America and the Caribbean.
