The Energy Senior Specialist will work within the IDB's Energy Division to accelerate and strengthen the mobilization of financial resources for energy infrastructure projects in Latin America and the Caribbean. The role involves coordinating co-financing initiatives, designing innovative financial instruments like blended finance and guarantees, and acting as a focal point for resource mobilization partnerships. Additionally, the position requires creating knowledge products and providing high-level support for policy dialogue and regional energy sector operations.
