UNDP Ukraine is seeking an Engineer to manage and supervise debris removal, demolition, and infrastructure reconstruction projects to support war-affected communities. The role involves conducting needs assessments, liaising with government and mine-action stakeholders, and ensuring work quality, safety, and compliance with technical standards. The incumbent will provide advisory support to local authorities and ensure that all operations are gender-responsive and adhere to UNDP regulations.
