The UNFPA in Papua New Guinea is seeking an International UNV Communications Expert to lead the development and implementation of communication strategies for GBV programs funded by KOICA and the EU. The role involves creating visually engaging advocacy materials, managing digital platforms, and documenting program activities through high-quality photography and videography. The expert will also provide technical support, mentorship to national staff, and ensure consistent brand messaging across various media channels.
