The Field Security Coordination Officer provides leadership and operational support within the UN Department of Safety and Security (UNDSS) to ensure the safety of personnel and premises in Port Moresby. The role involves conducting security risk assessments, developing mitigation strategies, and coordinating with stakeholders to manage emerging threats and crisis situations. The incumbent will also lead security reporting, staff training, and the implementation of gender-inclusive security policies.
