The Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) is seeking an Associate Information Systems Officer in Istanbul to support ICT infrastructure and humanitarian operational logistics. The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining information systems, ensuring data integrity, and providing technical support in low-bandwidth or emergency environments. The incumbent will also participate in project planning, facilitate communication between technical teams and regional clients, and conduct user training.
