IOM Türkiye is seeking a Gaziantep Enumerator to conduct data collection on the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) project. The Enumerator will conduct interviews with both host and migrant communities, adhering to ethical standards and utilizing mobile data collection tools. The position is a volunteer assignment, reporting to IOM and supervised by the Senior Project Associate and Field Coordinator, focusing on humanitarian aid and sustainable development.
Field data collection, Surveys, Assessments, Working with migrants, refugees, or displaced populations, Using digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK), Fluency in Turkish (and other languages), Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Cultural sensitivity, Ability to adapt to dynamic field conditions
