IOM Türkiye is seeking a volunteer Enumerator to conduct data collection on the Displacement Tracking Matrix (DTM) project. The Enumerator will conduct interviews, maintain confidentiality, and report progress to the team leader. This volunteer role offers an opportunity to support migrants and contribute to humanitarian aid efforts in Istanbul, Türkiye.
Field data collection, Surveys, Assessments, Experience working with migrants/refugees/displaced populations (advantage), Digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK), Fluency in Turkish (required), Strong interpersonal and communication skills, Cultural sensitivity, Ability to adapt to dynamic field conditions
