The Human Resources Advisor role is to provide coordinated leadership in human resources and organizational development, technical support and strategic direction for the HR function within the ODAS movement. The advisor is primarily responsible for supporting the ODAS Center in developing human resources policies, identifying staffing needs, supporting recruitment and selection processes, guiding performance management, development of leadership and talent approaches, designing and developing policies and procedures and their compliance, the establishment and administration of a system of remuneration and social benefits, to ensure the well-being of staff.
