The Humanitarian and Programme Coordination Analyst at UNFPA will support humanitarian preparedness and response efforts, as well as program coordination and country program development in the Arab States region. The role involves strengthening crisis response teams, preparing humanitarian updates, and supporting the development and submission of country program documents. This position is vital for advancing UNFPA's mission of ensuring sexual and reproductive health and rights, reducing maternal mortality, and addressing gender-based violence.
Programme management, Coordination experience in humanitarian and relief operations, Experience in fragile context countries (asset), Programme/project management support, Knowledge of SRH, GBV, and Climate issues, Knowledge of humanitarian architecture and UN80, Familiarity with HDPN and resilience discussions, Proactive engagement, Technical coordination, Results-Based Management (RBM), Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Ability to work in a multicultural environment
