Finn Church Aid (FCA) is seeking a consultant to design and develop an ICT-enhanced assessment tool (app) to improve school-based assessments in 244 schools across four counties in Kenya. The project aims to improve access to digitally-enabled education for children and adolescents. The consultant will be responsible for developing the app, creating user guides, and training FCA staff.
