Solidarités International (SI) seeks a Multisectoral Program Manager (Responsable Programme Multi sectoriel - RP) to oversee the implementation of project activities and achieve defined objectives in Natitingou, Benin. The RP will supervise operational teams, ensure quality execution of programs related to water, sanitation, hygiene (WASH), food security and livelihoods, and manage project administration, finances, and logistics. This role involves representing SI externally and communicating with local partners.

SI provides a salary, per diem, housing, travel expenses, a system of work-leave alternation (7 working days every three months with USD 850 allocated by Solidarités International) with an additional day off per month worked. Health insurance covering medical expenses and a social security system including war risks are also provided. Vaccination and anti-malarial treatment costs are reimbursed.
