The Inclusion Manager will support learners with additional needs and disabilities to ensure they achieve strong career outcomes through the Generation bootcamp programs. This role involves facilitating support needs conversations, creating individual support plans, and monitoring learner progress to ensure job readiness. The successful candidate will provide expert inclusion advice, manage pastoral support, and collaborate with instructors and the wider learning team to remove barriers to employment.
